G2C services are services that directly or indirectly are associated with the government entities and departments whereas B2C services have private participation. B2C services have joined hands with the government to cater through e-Mitra.
What are B2C Services?
B2C, Business to Consumer, is a relationship between Business or Business entity and Consumers. In B2C, the business directly benefits the consumer with their services. Under e-Mitra, many business entities provide their services through the kiosks. They have a tie-up with the government where government’s sole interest is to simplify the life of its citizens and to make these services available directly at their doorstep.
The Government of Rajasthan and CM Vasundhara Raje are dedicated towards creating citizen-friendly governance, where the citizens get the fast and precise response. Keeping this in mind, the government conjoined some non-governmental services under e-Mitra.
Business to Consumer (B2C) services which are listed in e-Mitra are:
Payments of Bill like Airtel, Vodafone, MTS, Idea
Prepaid mobile recharges
DTH recharges (Tata Sky, Dish TV, Big TV etc.)

In other words, e-Mitra provides a single-window access to many government and non-government services. As compared to other states’ Common Service Centres, e-Mitra is not only widely known but effectively functional too. The increasing numbers of kiosks are knitting the success story of Smt Raje’s governance.
